Amy was raised in Southern California, relocated to Northern California and then in 2004 we made a huge move to Columbia, MO. This is where we raised our daughters, who are now adults. Our oldest is an aerospace engineer and our youngest is married and working on her computer science degree here at Mizzou. We’re empty nesters now and my husband and I do CrossFit on weekday mornings and have a beagle named Chewy.
With the kids gone, I’m so thankful to have such wonderful clients to work with every day! It satisfies my love of helping people, spending time with people and I especially love to meet with my clients/friends over coffee at one of our many wonderful coffee houses in Columbia.

New to the Classic Realty Team, I am energetic and excited to help you and your family with all your real estate needs. Shopping and selling with your "Best Friend in Real Estate" can be fun and that's where I want to help you. I started my journey in 2019 helping my parents buy their dream home and that's when I knew I wanted to help others find a place to call home.
I am blessed with two children in elementary school; they are my heart. We belong to a church family in Columbia and you can often find us there.
OUR HISTORY
In March of 2017, a dream came true when I received my broker’s license after an intense amount of studying and test taking. It was worth it. I feel that the more I know, the better I do for my clients. That’s why year after year, I complete more than the required or necessary amount of continuing education for license retention. Lately, I completed the educational requirements for my GRI (graduate, Realtor ® Institute – a series of 16 classes) and am working toward becoming Columbia’s go-to broker for senior care. I love working with new buyers, senior buyers and everyone in between!

Real estate transactions require diligent commitment to a structured process and someone that thinks outside of the box. I’ve negotiated for clients in some rather unique opportunities such as: possession prior to closing for buyers, rent back for sellers, and home trades when necessary. Together we get the best deal for you by following my lifelong motto “if we don’t ask, we don’t get” and I’m not afraid to be unconventional in the strategies we use to get you a winning situation. This process should be fun, so, I’ll be using my sense of humor and real estate agent skills to connect you with the house that will become your next home.
